Rates & Availability:
- Session Fee: $150 per session
- Insurance: United Behavioral Health and Optum are the only insurances I accept.
- Video appointments available:
- Tuesdays between 9am-4pm
- Mon, Weds, Thursdays at 7:00pm
- Saturdays 9am-1pm
- All payments are due at time of service via a HIPAA secure credit card processing system, including all cancellation and no show fees.
- Please note:
- Due to the part time nature of my practice I cannot treat anyone currently in acute crisis or who’s experienced a mental health crisis within the past 2 years.
- I am not able to provide any medical diagnosis, medical assistance, or provide any consultation or advice about medications.
- I cannot assist with nor sign nor provide documents for disability and/or other government and/or HR/employment and/or court forms or paperwork.
- I cannot assist with nor provide letters or documentation for emotional support animals (ESAs)

Please note the cancellation policy:
You will pay the full fee of your session when cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or if you do not show up within the first 3 minutes of your appointment. This includes insurance clients as these fees cannot be paid by insurance.
